Polymakers’ PolySmooth is the first filament that is engineered for layer free post-processing. This filament works perfectly alongside the Polymaker Polysher. After the post-processing is done, your prints get an improved surface quality. Regardless of the filament diameter, PolySmooth will get you the best results possible.
Easy to print and warp free
PolySmooth is compatible with all filament-based 3D printers. The ease of use of PolySmooth can be compared to PLA; The wide printing temperature range and low odor make PolySmooth an ideal partner, and with no heated bed required it is a perfect filament for printing. The minimal residual stress means almost warping.
Balanced mechanical properties
PolySmooth also has well balanced mechanical properties, which outperform ABS and PLA in some ways. Next to that, this filament can also be used as a support material. Some properties of PolySmooth look like those of PolySupport. One of which is that PolySmooth is also easy to remove without leaving residue to the print.
