There is no difference with IdeaTo3D, just the name that changed to Ideal3D and the website that is now clearer and optimised for a better user experience.
There is a showroom in Boulaide, Luxembourg. Send an email if you want to visit us!
Yes we do: For Belgium: from 150€ (excl. VAT) For France, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands: from 250€ (excl. VAT)
I ship mainly in Europe. If you need something shipped elsewhere, send an email
Usually items will ship in 1-3 days (in Belgium and Luxembourg). Ultimaker products will be shipped in 1-3 days. Creality spare parts may take longer to ship because the supplies are not always easy to get. If you want to know more precisely, send an email with the products you wish to order
All spare parts available are not on the webshop, if you need something that you can't find, send an email and i'll come back to you with the price and availability. If you wish to order i'll add them on the webshop.
I have several distributors that can provide many different printer brands. On the webshop, most of the 3D printers that are available have been tested and approved by myself. If you really want something else, send me a message with the details and i'll come back to you with the possibilities.

3d printing

To start 3d printing you need a 3d printer and a roll of filament. Then you need a computer with a slicer installed to tell the 3d printer what to print and how to print it.
You will need a slicer (Cura, Slic3r,Simplify3d etc…). You open an STL file (3d object), set the settings and export the result to a gcode file (basically x y z coordinates and how much to push the filament). This file is usually saved on an SD card that you put in the 3d printer. Then you select that file and print.
You need a 3d model in STL or 3MF format. You can either create the model yourself with a 3D design software (Tinkercad, Fusion 360, Solidworks etc...). Or download it from a 3d models library website (myminifactory, cults3d, thingiverse etc...).
It's possible to duplicate an object and 3d print it, for that you will need a 3d model of it. If you can't find a 3d model online, it has to be designed in 3D by a modeler or it can be 3D scanned by a specialised company or a fablab. This process is time consuming and the final cost can be quite high
