Description
A special break-away support material designed for PA12 CF composite filaments.
Raise3D Industrial PA12 CF Support Filament is a break-away support material specially developed for FFF printing process with carbon fiber reinforced PA filaments. This support material has broad compatibility with many high-performance carbon fiber reinforced composite filaments and is more cost-effective when compared with water-soluble support material.
- Cost effective
- Easy and fast removal with tools or hands
- No special treatments required
- Broad compatibility
Compatibility: PA12 CF and other PA CF filaments
Please note, carbon fiber reinforced filament is abrasive and can wear out brass nozzles quickly. It is suggested to print carbon fiber filament with hardened nozzle. It is suggested to use Raise3D E2CF Printer.
Applications
- Support material for PA12 CF
- For large overhangs and cavities
- Easy to remove and break-away
- Smooth and clean support interface
Printing Guide
Recommended Print Settings
Nozzle temperature (°C) 280℃-290℃
Bed temperature (°C) 60-80℃
Layer height (mm) 0.1-0.25 mm
Printing speed (mm/s) 30-120 mm/s

Printing Notifications:
It is recommended to use hardening steel nozzle, tungsten steel or ruby nozzle to avoid nozzle abrasion.
PA12 CF Support is sensitive to moisture and should always be stored and used under dry conditions (relative humidity below 20%).
Dry PA12 CF Support in the oven at 80°C for 6-8 hours before printing.

Specifications: 1.75 mm/ 1 kg
Raise3D Industrial PA12CF Support Filament is a break-away support material specially developed for carbon fiber reinforced composite materials. It creates a stable support structure during the printing process, providing proper adhesion to printed surfaces and counteracting any tendency to warp. As such, it significantly improves overhang surface quality and the hollows of printed items. After a print is finished, the support structure can easily be removed or broken away from the printed parts. This support material has broad compatibility with many high-performance carbon fiber reinforced composite filaments and is more cost-effective when compared with water-soluble support material.
This filament is compatible with Raise3D Industrial PA12 CF Filament.
