Description
The Ultimaker 2 Go is the compact version of the Ultimaker 2. Smaller but as efficient! It’s still has the best of all features of the Ultimaker 2 just compacted and easier to transport.
It’s also delivered with a un special box that makes it possible to travel with your printer with no fear of breaking! Print everywhere!
It’s the second printer i bought, in terms of reliability and quality, nothing to say, as expected the Ultimaker quality is there. Personnaly i feel like i get more detailed and quality prints with it, but maybe this is due to the fact that you tend to print smaller layers (60 microns) as the build volume is smaller.
There’s no heated bed, so PLA only! I think in a couple of months someone from the community will find a way to add a heated bed to the go..
It’s also totally OpenSource, which means you can build it yourself if you want, there’s also a big community around it (also french speaking). Come on the forum and make yourself an opinion!
I’m a moderator on the forum, so don’t hesitate to ask some questions there too.
